I'm sorry to hear of your atrocious service by AoA.

I've had similar experiences of my own- our A4 has been to
Jack Daniels Audi in Fairlawn, NJ, where they were most
discourteous to my father when he had a no-start condition.
Palisades Audi in Nanuet, NY were even worse- at the 30k service,
they spilled brake fluid everywhere, they damaged one of the
centercaps on a wheel by prying with a screwdriver where there
was nothing to pry (!), they spilled oil all over the top of the
engine, they left Dzus fasteners off of the undertray cover.

Jack Daniels VW was no better, refusing to recode our New Beetle
for remote window up/down, claiming that this feature disables
pinch protection and is an "aftermarket modification." Total BS.
Show me the official communication from Audi that says this.

My local dealer in Philly has been much better- Don Rosen has been
pretty good, much improved after they shook up the service department.

After that kind of treatment, I'd be loath to buy another Audi as well-
my father is getting a AWD 5 series if it becomes available in the
near future. The BMW dealer out in the burbs of Philly is excellent,
although that can't be said of all BMW dealers and they're also known to
void warranties based on participation in BMWCCA track events.
