warning symbol help

Hi all,

i have just replaced the front diecs and pads on my 9020vq, after doing this
i have a warning symbol comign up on the autocheck, it's in red with an
exclamation mark in a circle with 2 outer half circles around it, i haven't
got an owners hand book for this. Any ideas??? Brakes work fine and much
better than before.

As a further note when i pushed the brake pistons back in the calipers i
hadn't discharged the bomb pressure, is it possible i have screwed this up??
