s4 brakes

I disagree- IMHO, it's a brake cooling issue, the rotors are fine.
People are cracking 993 turbo rotors on Audis, they don't do that
so quickly on 993 turbos.

I read via the list that the S4 braking issues are the rotors not up to
snuff: not the pads.
Granted brake pads will wear quickly if stock pades are used alot. Hawk
has good rep at the track.  Those s4's FLY! -Scott in BOSTON although
the new S4s have been showing up in droves) and they don't seem to have
any problems with safety.  Lots of mostly stock A4s
(chipped) in the newbies groups.  If it is a higher speed course like
VIR or Watkins, and not like Lime Rock,
