hunting idle on 5ktq

I didn't see the earlier posts, but try either disconnecting the isv,
removing it and plugging the lines (I drove a car like this for 2+
years with no problems), or disconnecting the isv relay underneath
the drivers dash panel. This might help you eliminate some suspect
items in your search.

I remedied this same problem on the 200TQA by a small adjustment of
the
throttle plate.  There is an access hole next to fuel distributor.  
It
may straighten out the hunt and peck, but you will still have the high
idle to deal with.
