Plugged Cat 1990 200 TQ 1.3 BAR quattro digest

Assuming your 200 is "chipped" or springed (the waste gate)
- the 10V is factory spec'd at 1.3 BAR -  by your post 1.3 is normal.
If your chipped and springed then its not. 1.8BAR? is what your looking for?

Hi everyone, are there any obvious symptoms or signs of a Cat Gone
Bad on my 1990 200 TQ. She has 189,000 milesruns pretty well, however
I do not think the turbo is performing correctly( I only get 1.3
bar). That is up from .9 since I fixed misc leaky hoses on engine and
turbo. I see that the cat bolts into the exhaust system, is it easy
to remove? Any reccomended solvents to to help bust the nuts? Any
suggestions for a source of a good replacement cat?
