Agreed.  I put one in an '89 200tq and transferred it to my present '95
urS6 when I bought the S6.  It worked admirably in both vehicles.

BTW, I did not have a part number for the relay.  I went to the local VW
dealer's parts desk and asked for a "variable interval wiper relay".  The
parts man got me the relay, "$28 please".  I plugged it in and it worked
and has worked ever since.
