which pistons on 200q rear calipers?

If everything's in prime condition,  it'll work OK.   The little box has a
4-protrusion face that if you grind off two opposing protrusions, leaves
you with two that fit into the apexes of the triangular notches in your
pistons.  It's not a very stable point of contact.  If you tip the box at
all, and if you have any turning resistance in the piston, it's not a very
effective tool.  It worked great on brand new calipers.  When I tried it on
12-year-old calipers, I soon found I was better off with the
C-Clamp/Waterpump pliers approach.  You want a box already ground
appropriately for the $6 I paid for it + shipping?
