200 Starter woe MORE

thanks to the serval replies I gotten about the starter woe.
The crank wheel won't spin with a 27MM socket CW & CCW. Even with the plugs
out (today)
One last look tomorrow before the tow.
Snipet of some reply background info................for those watching:

Is it possible that the starter gear is jammed against
the flywheel gear? Maybe the starter is cocked
slightly? Just guessing, but SOMETHING is obviously
jamming your crankshaft.
