Saab turbo sizes FYI

I am posting this info in response to the Saab 900 turbo that someone said
was available in a u-pull yard.
After owning several Saabs, this is my best recollection of the approximate
usage and dates
Saab 9000 cars would be similar given the year
A T3 is similar to a k26
a T25 is similar to a k24

Saab 900 turbo cars 80-81 external wastegate turbo (oddball) (Garrett T3?)
Saab 900 turbo cars 82-84 internal wastegate turbo, garrett T3 oil cooled
Saab 900 turbo cars 85-88 internal wastegate turbo, garrett T3 water cooled
Saab 900 turbo cars 88-?? internal wastegate turbo, garrett T25 water
cooled
