CGT- urq subframe?

Am I correct in believing that the subframe from a CGT & an URQ are the
same?The control arms and the sway bar are different but the basic subframe
is the same? What about the tranny mount under the driver (US) side?
The reason I want to know is that my motor mounts are new and both have the
spacer in place, but the oil pan is still resting on the center of the
subframe. CGT frames are readily had and would be easy to rebuild (mounts)
and swap in.
