Euro lights question

Notice that the front reflectors are white?

Only way you can get those is w/ Euro lights.

In the description of a car for sale on Ebay, it says
that it has been upgraded to Euro lights. Yet when I
look at the picture of the front end, they don't look
any different than the lights on my '86 5ktq parts
car.

Am I missing something or do the Euro's look the same
as the normal lights....or does mine have Euro's, too?
