time to de-list bad vendors?

My experience with the Parts Pin is all negative. Cheryl, their customer
service manager was a bitch to me. It took over three weeks to get UFOs
while Rod at the Parts Connection got them to me the next day. A sales rep
assured me my credit card would be credited the $500+ that day and it still
hasn't been credited. I will never use the Parts Pin again.

Just a comment on The Parts Bin. Ordered a new radiator for the ovloV 940
turbo. Price was about 220 bucks, not too bad. Got it in two days...and it
was the wrong radiator. They sent one for a non-turbo. So...they sent
another one. Came real quick again, a day or two. I put it in, and the end
tank was busted on it (someone dropped it BEFORE it was put in the box), and
it poured water out like crazy....
So I said enough with them, ordered one from some Volvo place, saved 50
bucks and was back on the road...I sent the two bad radiators back today, I
might hassle them to give me the 30 bucks to ship them but I don't think
it's worth it.
Just my experience on them.
I love The Parts Connection though! That's one top notch operation IMO.
I'm happy to see that Motodyne has been removed from the list though.
