NAC - dipit "rubber" coating

Hi Y'all,

I have some metal plant stands which came with a rubbery coating rather
like the rubbery dipped coating on the handles of a pair of pliers.  I
would like to renew this coating.  Could someone point me toward a source
of this type material?
