Excess crankcase pressure

My '89 80q has got excess crankcase pressure. The oil cap will blow
off the filler hole if I loosen it with the engine idling.. I took off
all the hoses and tubes connecting the crankcase to the intake and
cleaned them, but the pressure is still high. It almost looks like
some of the compression in one cylinder goes into the crankcase..
Anyone know of something *real* strong to put into the crankcase to
flush a bit? I suspect that the engine is severly gummed up inside,
the PO wasn't exactly religious about maintenance.. Maybe it could be
as easy as a stuck piston ring?
