Yep, you want the W5DPO plugs.  I'm using them, also

+4's IME suck, three electorde plugs you can't loose
on since they're OEM.

Here's my opinion, The only plugs I've been able to
tell a diference on were the +4's because they made
the car stumble.  I plan on getting the car on the
dyno once we get a "dyno day" going here, then I'll
have it fine tuned, I'll throw in the three electrode
plugs and see how it does, if it start's to ping or
loose power, then I'll know my investment was worth
while.  As I stand now, I don't think I would spend
the extra money again on the plugs.  The best ignition
upgrade I've done is going from the NG to MC coil, it
seems to light off the mixure better when timing is to
retarded.  Not that any of you guys have that problem
though.
