Hi Wallace,
Only stuck twice. Number one was when I broke my clutch fork after the TOB
went bad. Needed a new clutch anyway. Number two was when I had the car
for only 2 weeks when it suddenly died on the road. Didn't know it then,
but I had run out of gas. Later found out that the gauge never read below
1/4 because the sender got tangled in something inside the tank. I trusted
the car to drive to LA and then to Las Vegas in 103 degree heat. Hearing
the ran fan run at hurricane speed was something to behold. Also showed me
what happens to a turbo car at high altitude and high temps-it felt like
I'd lost half the power. It didn't come back till I got back the coast.
Regards,
