I didn't mean "rate the listers" as in if they're jerks or not, more
"rate the listers"
in terms of trustworthiness, etc. for transactions. I've bought and sold
a few things
from listers, so I thought that might be a good idea.

I'm not advocating rating listers for courtesy, knowledge, etc.

Oh God Taka, I'd just die if the list gave me a bad rating. Kind of like
rating vendors, a lot of hatchets would be ground.
