PAP German Auto Parts?

PAP stands for Porsche Audi Parts, seems they are blowing out all their old
Audi stuff on Ebay.

They've been around a while, and a few years ago they moved from metro
Atlanta to Dahlonega, Ga (home of Nascar driver Bill Elliott). The one time
I called them when I thought my tranny was failing - later turned out to be
the throwout bearing - they quoted me $850 (!) for a used 5ktq tranny,
unknown mileage.

Haven't called them since.

P.S. am I the only one wondering why Nascar doesn't change its name to
Natfsbcsar, for National Association of Tube Frame Specialty Built Corporate
Sponsored Auto Racing?

Anybody ever hear of PAP German Auto Parts of East Murrayville, Georgia?
They offer a very attractive price ($99) for power window regulators.
