PAP German Auto Parts?

I purchased some floor mats from the via Ebay.

It took 3 weeks for them to be shipped.

"Inventory Mistake" and "The guy that deals with Mats is out of town."

Poor email and telephone communications -- I can deal with waiting on a non-essential item such as floor mats and gave them the benefit of the doubt on the above excuses, but I expect my telephone calls and / or emails to be answered within 1 - 2 business days.
