Definite way to check for fuel is to do the basic fuel tank full?
Then on the fuel distributor (airplate) take that round waffle intake boot
off the air plate and quirt either (starting fluid) in there. Quickly
replace round part of boot over air plate (seal it well so it will draw fuel
from distrib and fuel tank not suck air)
and run to the starter. Fire it up and it should go to 3K rpm for 2 seconds
of so, more if you wail the throttle.
Otherwise no run means other problems.
Hall sensor or other sensor woes.
