Survey: type 44 break down frequency : Push start

Type 44's will NOT start once the battery goes below
X? volts.  I don't know the cutoff, but with a flat
battery the car will NOT push start.  BTDT.  You need
X volts to run the fuel pump and probably? power the
computer and some other stuff.
