Chris,
You say you are running a Blau harness on the Eurolights - You might want to
check the operation of the relays that operate the low beams, they might
have failed in the open (no power) position.  Pretty easy to check with a
continuity meter and a 12v power source (like the jumper pack I keep in the
trunk _AT ALL TIMES_)  apply 12v to the two smaller terminals, and measure
continuity across the larger terminals.
Otherwise, switch the multimeter over to DC Volts and start checking for
power in the low beam connections.

1980 5k - quad sealed beams working well
1962 and '64 Auto Union DKW Junior deLuxes - 6v 7" diameter sealed beams
have similar light output to my '87 5ktq DOT lights.....aka I can't see
*&^*%, but in a small car with 34 hp and '57 Chevy aerodynamics, it's less
of an issue.
