'87 5kcdtq Rear suspension bushings

Can anyone tell me a good source and / or part numbers for the rear
suspension bushings?

I would like to replace all the ball joint and body mount bushings on
the rear suspension but the Audi parts are out of reach, and my parts
supplier doesn't have any listings for these parts.

I need:
- Transverse arm that is adjustable and has a ball joint on one end and
a bonded rubber bushing on the other end.
- bonded rubber bushing on the forward end of the trapezoidal arm
- bonded rubber bushing on the rear end of the trapezoidal arm
connecting to the hub carrier
- bonded rubber bushing on the rear end of the trapezoidal arm
connecting to the crossmember

Part numbers and manufacturers names would be very helpful.
