Suite to Master or Slave cylinder question - I have no clutch now

Hi gang:

I hesitate to even offer this suggestion because I don't understand why
it worked, but because it is so simple it's worth a try.

I had exactly the same symptoms with the pedal failing to return until
it only had about an inch of travel.

As the first step of my diagnostic routine I disconnected the tube at
the reservoir, connected a transparent tube, and sucked on it to ensure
that fluid was flowing. It was. Then I blew on it with the compressed
air. Who knows why :-) I reconnected the tube and tried the clutch
again. It worked and has worked for about a week now.

It's worth a try :-)
