0.0 and 0.1 bar readings

Had the same reading when going down hill (vaccuum) and at other lift
throttle applications.
Nov 2001.
No one could ID the problem.  Items found wrong some months later:
July 2002
1.  Cracked head gasket.
2.  Michelin man hose ripped underneath.
3.  Battery low voltage.
4.  Long Cranking to start 3-4 seconds....Replaced injectors.
No answer or explaination.  Partially because all four are being fixed right
now.

1990 10V 200 Avant ~160K no mods 1.3 bar boost on dash gauge.

I'm having weird readings again in my 90 200tqa
 the bar indicator shows 0.0, 0.1 at times while at a
stop light and show 1.5 or 6 bar while under a heavy
foot
 but at times it will show rite 0.3 at a stop light
and 1.9/2.0 bar under a heavy foot
