Clean up the beads well, and paint them with a primer meant for
aluminum. Also, if there are any big pits, fill them in, perhaps with
two part metal loaded epoxy. Then, paint over the patched and primed
bead with a good quality paint to seal the primer, and re-mount and
balance the tires.

Heavier, harder to balance.
