I was at that race, it was at VIR, and yes, all four lexi were crashed at some point (or multiple points) during the race.  After the race, they had a re-group of sorts, much like the hyundai team.  There wasn't a straight panel on any of those lexi! It was amazing - what a budget!  They were, though, scary fast in the dry.  We were running 2:07's with our 2000lb, 300+ hp 911 - they were running 2:09's without as much hp and more weight.  Watch one section in that performance where multiple times that IS300 WALKS AWAY from a Porsche Boxster. That takes a lot....but you're right, they were obviously not good in the rain, since they have top drivers and technology.
