need some advise....

Ok I have alot of questions and I am pretty new to the whole "audi world of
cars" so please bare with the post and try and give me some help... there
really seems to be a lack of good audi sights...

Ok Iam currently looking to purchase a audio 90 (I was thinking maybe a 1990
quattro). My performance goals for right now with the car are... to be very
reliable..to run mid 13 second 1/4 miles on street tires...and to have room
to improve upon that if I choose in the future. Is the quattro version worth
the hassle of finding it??

I am pretty sure that my best bet is the swap the engine... I have no idea
and can't seem to find what engines fit or what is recommended for my goals.
I was thinking of putting in a s4 which I think is called a AAN. What would
everyone suggest(keeping cost and installation ease in mind).  Should I look
into getting a different tranny as well.

What would I all need for the swap?? Are there any places on the net or off
that can supply a full swap with everything I need?

After putting in the engine what mods should come first and what companies
do you guys recommend.

Also any other info you guys could give me about what I want to do would be
very helpful.
