'87 4kq clutch wear

hate to sound stupid (you'd think I'd be used to it by
now), how do you adjust the clutch pedal? mine is in
need of this very thing: clutch engaging very low but no
slipping or other indications of imminent replacment
yet. How-to's on this would be greatly appreciated..
