fuel distributor pre-delivery screen/filter?

Hello,

I recall there is a screen of some sort in the fuel distributor or thereabouts that is supposed to be removed prior to vehicle delivery to the first owner.  Some listers have found that this screen wasn't removed.

I cannot find anything about this in the archives, altho' I know it's there somewhere.

Could anyone please point me to some info, or maybe suggest some search terms to find this info?  I would like to see if this is what is affecting another listers intermittent 5kcstq starting problem.
