Swapping your HIDs to anything other than HID would be a downgrade
(and in fact you cannot do that without serious electrical changes,
as the HIDs are powered through a high voltage supply and is not
compatible with conventional halogen bulbs).
The Euro HID is the same as the US version with the exception
that there is a small difference in beam pattern. Those who
are upgrading US HID-equipped cars to "Euro lights" are really
going to the Euro HIDs.
