audi is far from home, quick question to get it running please

Sorry for the brief and incomplete message, I know
better, just in a hurry.

Car is a 1990 100q.  I bought a belt from a local
autozone and will try this tommorow first thing.  I
also will be looking into AAA.  Sounds like a good
idea.
