  I think I figuered it out. I hear the famous rear main squeal. I didn't
think that was the problem
 Then, I pinched off the crankcase ventilation hose, and the squeal went
away.  So, my guess now is that's the cause of the lean idle mixture.
 Makes sense to me now. I'd imagine thats where the surging under boost is
coming from too.
