idle, climate control, Delta radio and W8

1) In my 12-valve V6 the idle is VERY rough, so much so that the car shakes.
It bounces only a few hundred RPM at the most (7-800, etc) but it isn't
smooth. when pressing the gas pedal, it smooths out. Any idea? Vaccum lines
are replaced. Maybe throttle body?

2) Any ideas for rebuilt or used climate control displays/units for a 1996
A4? Mine's on the fritz, always blinks, never stays "on" during any trip in
the car. Have checked connections, but it doesn't solve problem.
Replacements (dealer) ar $700!

3) Anyone replace a Delta radio with something else and want to sell their
Delta cheap?

4) Drove a W8 on the track (Pocono). It's a nice car, and I understand how
VW says it won't compete with Audi, since this isn't NEARLY as sporty as an
A6 4.2. But it's a hell of a lot more powerful than the A6 3.0! Interior is
VW nice, but not as nice as Audi. Engine is great, but initial throttle
response is delayed/retarded. Stable and fast at speed, LOT of mass in this
car, though.
