keep blowing fuse #3 horn/brakes

I had a similar problem with a different car.

The culprit was probably a stone that hit the horn's "+" wire, removing a
piece of the isolation.

So, everytime I was braking and hit the horn the fuse blew up. If I wasn't
braking, the wire did not touch the body to short circuit.

Take a look at the wires at the engine bay, and trace down any problem with a
multimeter.
