Doing the same thing here, Steph.
I got a tip off to check the horn's + wiring for chafing against the
chassis. That looks like the culprit as my fuse blows only when the
horn is depressed.

I had the same thing happening a while back. The most aggravating
part is
that you can't tell when it happened. Press the horn and
nothing. Hmmm,
did the fuse just blow now, or has it been blown for a while and I've
been
driving without brake lights....
I could not find any fault or problem anywhere, although I suspect
cracked
wiring to the brake lights somewhere.
Now I just make sure to honk my horn periodically to make sure my
brake
lights work, just to be safe!
