I have this ULTRA weird problem with my 91 80Q!

When I'm cruising with 0-25% throttle in any gear, the shifter makes like a
somewhat high pitched "spinny" kinda noise, as well as if I bring it to
redline and push the clutch in I can hear something "spin down" in the stick
like it's being resonated off the transmission, I hear no noises at all when
I'm cruising and give it more gas, but I can also hear this same noise I
hear in the shifter when I put the window down and listen to it also coming
from the bottom of the car.

While it's doing it, if I take the stick itself and pull it as far left as
allowed while it's in gear the sound almost disappears in the stick, if I
push it right it worsens.

I know that one or both of my transmission mounts are in rough shape for
sure which I'm working on getting done soon but this is driving my crazy!

Everyone that's looked at it so far just says wow that's really weird.

I had originally thought throwout bearing or something but no noises can be
made while idling with the clutch in or out, from inside the cabin this
"noise" seems to sound like it's coming right through the dash but I know
it's coming from the shifter area
