2003 a6 telematics question: where to get v60 phone

Hey Gang,

I just got a 2003 A6 Quattro with the onstar telematics.

where is a good place to get the v60 phone from? and how much?

I currently have a v60, can i use it with the audi, or MUST i get an audi
version of the v60?
