4000q sway bar on a CGT

Can you elaborate on what it takes to do this? Your site makes metion of some parts from Summit Racing, but doesn't really say what it took to get it all put together. Either that or I'm looking in the wrong place. Also, how much of a difference did the 4Kq sway bar up fron and the stock bar at the rear make when compared to stock? I'm running Boge Turbos at all corners on stock springs...
