2.1 Bar fueling requirements

I don't know the particulars of the urq CIS system, but I thought that
the MC-1 systems were only good to about 1.7-1.8 bar. I believe that was
more *flapper* limited than injector limited, but needless to say, I
think that's about where the metering valve stopped metering :o)
Working with other Motronic systems I know you can modify the spring
rate on the flapper and compensate with higher fuel pressures, but the
results are rarely pretty. If you really want to run that much boost you
may consider a different fuel management system all together.
Q: Does the urq CIS system do anything with knock sensors? At that level
of boost I'd want something to track pre-ignition and modify parameters
accordingly.
