Yes, but (having done this with a similiar tool yesterday) you do have to
remove lower ball joint to be able to remove the axle, brake caliper to
remove the rotor.  At this point you would only need to remove the tie rod
end and the upper strut bolt to remove the strut.  However then you still
need a press and dies.
