Bruce,

The 200 flywheel might be a good compromise, less weight but not too much.
It's also cheaper. The only problem is that you have to use the correct
clutch.

However, if somebody needs to do a clutch job, than it might be worth it.

But...

Don't forget the cool factor: "... I have an aluminum flywheel, blablabla..."

Much like the well known; red is way faster ;)
