90 quattro legal advice - now need carfax

Hi all it Randy again,
As some of you know I'm trying to get title to my 88 90Q.  The PO won't send
me the title and I've found a way to get it titled to me via a title bond.
However, this brings up a new concern - he still has the title in his name
so there is nothing stopping him from obtaining a lien on the vehicle.
I had got a carfax befor I purchased it and was able to run some carfaxes
for fellow listers - well, now I need the return favor.
Please, someone outhere with a current carfax subscription please run a
reort on WAUHC0891JA234069 and forward to me - if its clear I may have the
title for this thing yet!
