Fuel pump relay location on '85 4ksq

I did pull the relay out, but on the index on the fuse panel cover there's
no mention of "Fuel Pump."

In prying the relay out (I know, I erred), I broke it.  How does one remove
the relay?

I also saw a little spark as I was prying the relay out, and now my upshift
indicator light remains illuminated except under closed-throttle and WOT
conditions.

I do have a spare parts-car, so whatever I've broken can be replaced

It appears as though I've damaged the "upshift control unit," which appears
to be located in relay position number 3.  Does this sound correct and, if
so, was the same item included in 5000s?  A local yard does have a 5000, so
it's available for any spares that are suitable.
