4kq oil pan removal...

I believe there are four bolts on the yoke to remove it. Once you have done that, you can access all of the oil pan bolts quite easily. The whole process is rather simple. I can do a gasket changeout in about an hour and a half now.
Make sure that your gasket is actually the problem though. I spent a lot of time chasing down what I thought was a leaking gasket, that turned out to be one of the timing cover bolts that was loose. Oil was leaking around the bolt, and running behind the timing belt cover. I was certain that it was the oil pan leaking, so much so, I even put a new pan on.
Good Luck!

Thanks Javad! What about the rearmost bolts though- is the SOP to remove
the lower aluminum yoke thing, or put some crafty tool through the
too-small-for-what-I-own access holes?
