See if the switches will work while you move the driver door
around. I had a similar experience in my 200q20v that was the result of
broken insulation and wires in the driver doorjamb. I could open/close
windows or the sunroof as long as the door was open part way, but not
closed or fully open. The fix, of course, was to redo the wires in the
doorjamb.
