Bored engine in Rally car?

I just bored the turbo motor I'm building to 82.5mm, but I did that at the same time as replacing pistons and changing the compression ratio, so it was kind of a bonus. The I5 being a long stronge small bore motor, bigger gains in disp. can be had by stroking the motor. In a turbo motor you need to pick your battles, esp. with a budget, and typically higher flow will produce a good amount of power for the money (which you'll need with a bigger disp. motor anyway). Seeing as how I don't see any problem in getting 4-500hp out of a 2.3 10v motor (already getting about 400 on a 2.2), bigger displacement isn't too much of a concern with me.
