The easiest way that I have found to remove the upper starter bolt is with a
19mm swivel socket; attached to a 18" long 1/2" drive extension with a
wobble" end.  Using a 1/2" drive rachet; the bolt can easily be loosened;
after removing the right front tire. Takes longer to type this than to do it
  The bolt head can be seen looking under the wheelwell.
