Please read!

Luckily today I became aware that if you type a
phone number on the search engine www.google.com it
comes up with your name, address and directions to
your location via map quest. These maps are
extremely accurate. Any person wanting to discover
the physical location of a listed phone number can
use this feature to locate directions from anywhere
in the country. This is especially dangerous if you
have children chatting on the internet. Read below
if you are interested in removing your name from
this list.

Google has made an option available that allows
anyone to REMOVE their telephone number from the
database that is linked to the mapping feature. Go
to www.google.com then type in your phone number
(xxx-xxx-xxxx) and click on Google Search. If your
phone number is listed, it will show your name,
address and give you two map options: Yahoo or Map
Quest. If the number appears in the mapping
database, an icon resembling a telephone will appear
next to the first or second entry on the results
page. Clicking on this icon will take you to a page
containing a description of the service and a link
to request your number be removed from the database.

Please forward to anyone you see fit.
