88 90Q Timing belt procedure?

Hi all,
Getting ready to replace the timing belt in this car (original believe it or
not!)  I've seen a number of writeups on the procedure and hve done the job
on other german cars just not an I-5 before.  I do not have a Bentleys and
am curious as to torque specs (also want to ensure I don't create any oil
leaks) and also anything special I need to do with the idler pulley
installation.  Also, what kind of greaase if any should I use on the water
pump o-ring when I tension the t-belt?  Any big concern with the crank seal
?
